Welcome to AAGCU! We are excited to have you aboard. Now that you’ve opened an account, we want to make sure that you are taking full advantage of your credit union membership. Get started with the checklist below.
1. Direct Deposit
Put a little away every paycheck to build a savings in no time! You will need to add your AAGCU account as a direct deposit through your employer. Make sure you have your direct deposit account numbers and routing number handy.
Are you an Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air employee? You can access your direct deposit information on PeopleSoft. Once logged in, click Payroll and then click Direct Deposit.
2. Online Banking
With online banking, you have 24/7 access to your accounts with the ability to monitor account balances, make transfers, view e-statements, and more. Easily set up set up one-time and recurring bills with bill pay.
The first time you access online banking, select Enroll. If you have questions on how to Enroll, visit our Online and Mobile Banking Users Guide. Once you sign in, the system will prompt you to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
3. E-Statements
E-Statements are more convenient, more secure, and better for the Earth than print statements.
Once you are logged into online banking, opt into E-Statements by clicking on “eDocuments”, select the “Delivery Settings Tab” and then select “Electronic” as your Delivery Mode.
4. Mobile App
Access your accounts on the go.
AAGCU Mobile App – Download from the App Store or Google Play Store by searching “AAGCU” and look for our blue logo. After logging into online banking for the first time and setting your new password, you can use these same credentials to login to the mobile app.
With the AAGCU Mobile App you can view account balances, transfer funds, contact the credit union, deposit checks remotely, and more!
