We are excited to share that our Online and Mobile Banking are getting a refresh this week.
There should be little impact on our members, and likely no downtime. But here’s what you need to know to make sure you are prepared for the update:
- The update will take place at 3:30am PST on Wednesday, October 19th. There may be momentary disruption in your access to online and mobile banking at this time.
- For mobile banking, you may be prompted to update the application.
- If you have “remembered” your device, you may have to complete the multi-factor authentication and re-save your device.
