AAGCU Branch Updates

May 17th, 2021

With the new guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we have decided to reopen our SeaTac Branch effective Tuesday, May 18th 2021.

We ask that all members wear a mask upon entering the office.
We understand and respect the direction of the CDC, however currently we require all staff and members to wear a mask while inside the building.

We HAVE NOT MOVED our location as of yet. We are still currently located at:
19530 International Blvd S
SeaTac, WA 98188

We will keep you updated on our move as we get more information, but we are anticipating a mid-June transition.

If you have any questions regarding our opening of the SeaTac Branch, please email us at info@aagcu.org.

Our Drive-Thru is still open, and we encourage you to continue your transactions through the drive-up window.

To follow Municipality Mandates, the Anchorage Branch will:

  • Require masks to be worn at all times inside the branch
  • Please do not wait in the foyer of the building
  • Only ONE member in the lobby at a time
  • Loans & Notary signing by appointment only.

In an effort to follow Governor Inslee’s newest proclamation in Washington for social distancing and for the health and safety of our credit union members and staff we are revising our normal operating procedures, effective November 17, 2020.

SeaTac Branch is OPEN for Drive-Thru ONLY.
*If a member needs to speak with a Member Service Representative or a Loan Officer, in person or in the branch, we ask that you make an appointment.*

Anchorage Branch is OPEN with a limit of Two members in the lobby at one-time.

Please call 206-824-9800 to make an appointment. (Option 1 for Loans and Option 4 for Member Services.)

At this time the lobby at the SeaTac Branch is still closed to foot traffic, but our Drive-Up Window is available from 9am-5pm.If a member needs to speak with a representative, we ask that you make an appointment.

April 3, 2020

Effective April 6, 2020, our Drive-Up Window at our SeaTac Branch will be open from 9am-5pm. Our Anchorage office is OPEN, however they are closed for foot traffic, as they are maintaining social distancing and personal safety during these times. Please see our updates below for further information on banking options at both our Anchorage and SeaTac branches.

The Anchorage office is OPEN, however they are closed for foot traffic only as they are maintaining social distancing and personal safety during these times. Our Anchorage Branch is offering Curbside Banking options.

We are happy to help you with Cash or Check deposits/withdrawals, credit union checks, loan signing, and other member service needs for your convenience. Please follow the steps:

  • Pull into parking lot
  • Stay in your vehicle
  • Call into the branch 907-563-5335
  • Transaction processing with be taken over the phone
  • Once complete please proceed to front door with ID for verification
  • If you have a larger transaction to process please call the branch for an appointment

If you need to use an out-of-network ATM, please email us at info@aagcu.org with the date and fee amount and we can reverse any fees that were incurred.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:

SKIP-A-PAYMENT
To further our efforts of servicing our members, we are offering a special Emergency Skip-A-Pay program which will allows you to skip up to three monthly payments on certain AAGCU loans. The program does not impact your credit rating and there is no fee.

EMERGENCY LOAN
The Credit Union is prepared to offer assistance to employees experiencing financial difficulties and has implemented products and services specifically designed to help you during these uncertain times. For more information please contact the Credit Union at loans@aagcu.org.
