As the COVID-19 public health emergency evolves, supporting our employees, members, and communities remains our primary focus.

Currently our SeaTac Branch lobby is closed.  We want to ensure you that we are staying open to help our members with all their banking needs. Please watch for updates on this page, as things may change.

Along with current recommendations from Center from Disease Control, we will be implementing the following protocols to help maintain a balance of Member Services and safety for our staff:

In the SeaTac Branch:

Our branch lobby is closed to foot traffic. Please call in advance to see extended options for our members. We continue to offer:

In the Anchorage Branch:

The Anchorage office will not accept walk-in service at this time.  Please contact the branch directly at 907 563 5335 to discuss your transaction options. 

If you cannot reach either branch, please leave a message. If you need to speak with someone, please consider calling the other branch as well. We will be in contact with you as soon as we can. We are here to help.

 

In regards to Loans:

If you are experiencing difficulty making payments, etc. please contact the Loan Department. We offer a variety of options, i.e. Skip-A-Pays, fee waivers, etc.  We are here to help you.

 

Please be aware of the potential for scams. The Federal Trade Commission says to be on the lookout for scams that take advantage of fears surrounding the Coronavirus. Learn More.

 

We want to ensure the safety of our members and staff and ask for all of your help during this time. Please educate yourself and understand the recommendations of keeping yourself, and others, safe and healthy.

 

As a Credit Union we want to reassure that your banking experience, and the safety of membership and your assets are in good hands.
