You Will Need The Following
1. Evidence of eligibility, such as your Employee ID Badge or the name of your family member who is a current credit union member or current employee with Alaska Air Group
2. A copy of current, unexpired, photo identification. Examples include: Driver’s license, state issued identification cards, government issued identification cards, or a valid passport.
