Phase 2 at AAGCU

blogpost-01

As we move our SeaTac branch to Phase 2, we wanted to provide our members with some updates and precautions we are taking to ensure the health and safety or our employees and our members.

Beginning Monday, June 29th, our SeaTac Branch will limit the number of members in the lobby to 3 people.

If a member requires the assistance of a New Accounts Representative or Loan Officer, these requests will be handled by appointment only. Please call us at (206) 824-9800 to schedule an appointment.

Employees will wear masks, and we encourage our members to also wear a mask. If you are choosing to wear a mask, we retain the right to ask a member to pull down their mask if they are unknown to use for identification verification purposes. We will ask members to either wash your hands before entering the branch or use the hand sanitizer in the lobby.

If at all possible, we encourage you to continue to utilize the Drive-Thru option at our SeaTac branch for your transactions. The Drive-Thru will be open from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Beginning Friday, June 26th, masks and face coverings are necessary indoors and outside when 6 feet of social distancing cannot be obtained. For more information on this please visit the Washington State Coronavirus website.

We will ask that you continue to use social distancing practices in both our SeaTac and Anchorage branches.

If you have any questions please call us at (206) 824-9800 or email info@aagcu.org.
