The Anchorage office is OPEN, however they are closed for foot traffic only as they are maintaining social distancing and personal safety during these times. Our Anchorage Branch is offering Curbside Banking options.
We are happy to help you with Cash or Check deposits/withdrawals, credit union checks, loan signing, and other member service needs for your convenience. Please follow the steps:
- Pull into parking lot
- Stay in your vehicle
- Call into the branch 907-563-5335
- Transaction processing with be taken over the phone
- Once complete please proceed to front door with ID for verification
- If you have a larger transaction to process please call the branch for an appointment

We want to first thank you for your patience and understanding in this ever-changing climate. As we can all work together to help minimize and contain the impact of COVID-19, servicing our members during this time is our priority. In an effort to follow Governor Inslee’s proclamation for social distancing and for the health and safety of our credit union members and staff we are revising our normal operating procedures, effective March 19, 2020.
SeaTac Branch is OPEN for Drive-Up ONLY, If a member needs to speak with a representative, we ask that you make an appointment.
Anchorage Branch is OPEN with a limit of Two members at one-time Please practice “social-distancing” as you may need to wait outside while we finish transactions.
Due to the increased call volume, we ask that all members to first consider contacting the credit union via email at: email@example.com

If you need to use an out-of-network ATM, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and fee amount and we can reverse any fees that were incurred.
To further our efforts of servicing our members, we are offering a special Emergency Skip-A-Pay program which will allows you to skip up to three monthly payments on certain AAGCU loans. The program does not impact your credit rating and there is no fee.
The Credit Union is prepared to offer assistance to employees experiencing financial difficulties and has implemented products and services specifically designed to help you during these uncertain times. For more information please contact the Credit Union at email@example.com.
